WEJ group organized all employees from two branch companies (WEJ LED lamps & electronic 
components，and WEJ LED LIGHTING) to go to Qingyuan for a drift on June 21, 2014, which is 
stimulating and enjoyable. Of course, except relaxing, I learned several points from it.  
    Originally, I thought I am good at swimming and had drifted several times before. So I 
didn’t take this seriously. But after the first drop, my drifting boat was swept straightly into the 
water. Then came over a wave and my body was soaked entirely in the water. I was so relaxed 
at the beginning that I cant adjust my breathing immediately. As a result, I swallowed a mouthful 
of water. The reason is that I have been focusing on encapsulation of LED light sources for a long 
time. In order to manufacture high-quality, refined, and tiny LED lamps, I have to be concentrated. 
So I am unable to adjust my attitude at a short time. Point one: Never think too highly of yourself, 
and value every problem you meet. If you underestimate a problem, perhaps you will be end up in 
the ditch.
    Naturally, water fight is unavoidable during drifting. I bought a water gun before drifting but I didn’t get a good partner to take a boat together.  At last, I decided to invite Chang Jingchen to join me at 
the moment of embarkation. Coincidently, he also brought a water gun. We certainly got an upper 
hand for a long-distance fighting. It scared colleagues of the LED spot light team to flee away from us. 
However, when we sometimes got closed to those who had bailers, we were beaten thoroughly, as we 
had already suffered several scoops of water but our guns hadn’t sucked enough water. That’s really like a drowned mouse. Point two: when looking for a partner, he must be strong where you 
are weak. Only in this way can both complement each other. Otherwise, even if we all have 
advantages, our weaknesses are also very obvious. If get caught, definitely defeated by enemies.
    I noticed that slow flow will come after every rapid, which gives us time to get a release. But once 
drifting boats accidentally get closely to the edge, it will be difficult to drift back to the middle. That 
is because when rapids get blocked, it will appear a backflow which will send the drifting boat up. 
At the same time, the boat will be push down by upstream rapids and then push to the edge again, 
so called unable to up and down. Point three: if you can’t keep up with the mainstream of 
development, you will be abandoned by the time easily.
    At the last moment, all the colleagues from WEJ LED lamp & electronic component group and 
WEJ Lighting group took a photo in a specified scene. I should say learning from relaxing is a
